Amish Dharia, CEO
Amish Dharia is an accomplished professional with a strong background in the IT industry. Prior to starting Advanced Cloud Solutions, Amish graduated from Lawrence Technological University, while he worked with a prestigious organization, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the ever-evolving technology landscape. Amish’s educational foundation and experience provided him with a solid understanding of technology and its applications in the business world.
His innate ability to connect people with technology sparked an intense interest in the Salesforce platform. Amish was drawn to the platform’s versatility and ability to transform businesses across various industries. This realization ignited a fire within him, and he knew that working in the Salesforce consulting industry was his calling.
Current Role
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Partner of ACS, Amish plays a pivotal role in leading the team and shaping the company’s vision and objectives. His expertise and insights enable him to establish high-level strategies that drive the organization’s success domestically and internationally. With his strong leadership skills, Amish guides the team towards achieving the company’s goals, while fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Personal Life
Beyond his professional endeavors, Amish is a well-rounded individual who loves traveling. He finds immense joy in exploring different cultures, meeting new people, and experiencing the beauty of diverse landscapes. As an avid traveler, Amish has visited numerous countries, each adding to his wealth of experiences and broadening his perspectives.
In addition to his passion for travel, Amish holds a private pilot’s license. The thrill of soaring through the sky and the sense of freedom it brings are experiences he treasures. His love for aviation reflects his constant desire to push boundaries, explore new horizons, and confidently embrace challenges.
Peter Tiano, COO
Peter Tiano is a passionate and accomplished professional with a diverse background in the staffing and recruiting industry and expertise in the dynamic world of Salesforce. After completing his education at BYU Hawaii, Peter embarked on a journey that led him to discover his true calling in the tech industry.
With a deep-rooted passion for connecting people with software, Peter found his niche in Salesforce. He quickly realized that the platform offered a unique opportunity to work closely with businesses, assisting them in developing efficient and functional solutions. This newfound love for the industry stems from his desire to help organizations thrive in their day-to-day operations.
Current Role
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Partner at ACS, Peter plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and forward momentum of the company. His primary focus lies in fostering strong relationships with team members and partners, ensuring that ACS continues to provide exceptional services and remains at the forefront of the industry.
Personal Life
Beyond his professional endeavors, Peter cherishes his role as a husband and father to two wonderful children. Spending quality time with his family holds a special place in his heart, as they provide him with unwavering support and inspiration. In his leisure time, Peter indulges in his passions for fishing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and mountain biking, relishing the opportunity to explore nature’s beauty and challenge himself physically and mentally.
